By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do
not agree, please do not use Homeward Credit’s services.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “You”) and Homeward Credit,
a DBA of Homeward Rescap Lending LLC (“HRL”, “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
1. Introduction
Homeward Credit provides professional credit repair and consulting services designed to help individuals
and business owners review, manage, and improve their credit standing. These Terms govern your use
of our website, products, communications, and related services.
Homeward Credit operates in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and other
applicable federal and state laws.
2. Eligibility
To use Homeward Credit’s services, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Provide accurate and complete personal information.
4. Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are legally available.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity is detected.
4. Services Provided
Homeward Credit provides:
- Credit report review and dispute assistance for inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items.
- Personalized credit improvement plans tailored to individual goals (e.g., mortgage, auto, or business loan readiness or property leasing).
- Credit education and optimization guidance.
- Ongoing support, updates, and progress tracking.

Homeward Credit is not a credit bureau, lender, collection agency, or government entity. We do not
guarantee specific outcomes, score increases, or removal of accurate and verifiable credit information.
We provide a 90-day money back guarantee if we don’t increase your score.
5. Payments and Billing
1. Service Fees
You agree to pay all fees as described on our website or in your service agreement. By enrolling,
you authorize Homeward Credit to charge your designated payment method for recurring or
one-time fees.
2. Refund Policy
Homeward Credit offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as detailed in our separate
Guarantee Policy. To qualify, clients must actively participate in the program, provide required
documentation, and meet the terms outlined therein. You also have the right to rescind the
Service Agreement for 5 days after signing.
3. Failed or Late Payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is completed. You
remain responsible for any outstanding balances.
6. Cancellation and Termination
1. Client Cancellation
You may cancel services at any time by contacting support or using your client portal.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Company Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
o Violate these Terms.
o Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
o Misuse or interfere with the platform.
3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to services ends immediately. Refunds are issued only in accordance
with the Guarantee Policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Copy, resell, or distribute our services without written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks.
- Use automated programs, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the website.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
8. Communications Consent (TCPA)
By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from Homeward
Credit, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling in-person consultation.
- Account updates and service information.
- Promotional messages, offers, or reminders.
These communications may be sent using automated dialing systems, prerecorded voice messages, or
text messages (SMS/MMS).
Message and data rates may apply.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
To opt out:
- Reply “STOP” to text messages.
- Click “unsubscribe” in any email footer.
- Contact us directly to request removal from our list.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeward Credit, Max Capital Hub, and their affiliates shall not
be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Any loss resulting from third-party credit bureaus, creditors, or agencies.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you consent to our data collection, use, and
disclosure practices as described in our separate Privacy Policy available on our website.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the
State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive your right to a court trial or jury unless prohibited by law.
12. Consumer Credit File Rights (Federal Disclosure)
You have important rights under federal and state law:
- You may dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureau.
- Neither you nor any credit repair company can remove accurate, current, or verifiable
information from your report.
- Negative information generally remains for seven (7) years; bankruptcies may remain for ten
(10).
- You have the right to obtain a Free copy of your credit report and may be entitled to a free copy
if you were recently denied credit.
- You may cancel any credit repair contract within five (5) business days from the date of signing.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an
updated date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the
revised Terms.
